Kota Palu (ANTARA) – Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Sulawesi Tengah menyelamatkan uang negara sebesar Rp4,8 miliar pada tiga kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi di daerah itu.

"Penyelamatan kerugian keuangan negara mencapai Rp4,8 miliar dari tiga kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi di Kabupaten Parigi Moutong, Morowali dan Banggai," kata Kepala Kejati Sulteng Nuzul Rahmat melalui keterangannya di Kota Palu, Rabu.

Ia mengemukakan perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi terbesar pada proses pembelian rumah atau bangunan mess Pemerintah Kabupaten Morowali tahun 2024.

"Kerugian negara yang diselamatkan dari kasus korupsi di Morowali itu sebesar Rp4.275.000.000," ucapnya.

Ia menuturkan untuk dugaan pidana korupsi di Kabupaten Parigi Moutong terjadi pada tahun 2023 terkait paket pengerjaan jalan Gio-Tioladenggi di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Parigi Moutong dengan kerugian keuangan negara sebanyak Rp500 juta.

"Untuk dugaan kasus korupsi, kolusi dan nepotisme di Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Banggai terjadi pada tahun 2021 terkait penyelenggaraan paket pekerjaan pengelolaan dan pengembangan sistem air limbah, dengan anggaran bersumber dari Dana Alokasi Khusus dan total kerugian keuangan negara yang diselamatkan senilai Rp100 juta," sebutnya.

Menurut dia, kinerja Kejati Sulteng periode Januari hingga Agustus 2025 pada bidang pidana khusus yakni penyelidikan 15 perkara dan penyidikan enam perkara.

"Khusus bidang Intelijen ada penangkapan DPO sebanyak dua orang masing-masing tersangka Andi Mulya bakti merupakan buronan dari Kejari Muara Enim Palembang dan tersangka Mohamad Ali dari Wakai Kabupaten Tojo Una-una," katanya.

Rahmat memastikan pihaknya senantiasa untuk terus berkomitmen dalam upaya penegakan hukum secara transparan, profesional, dan berintegritas di wilayah Sulawesi Tengah.
